At Lyfted, we take great pride in providing you with the best customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return a product. We aim to make the returns process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our Returns Policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 1800 123 456. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package when sending the item back to us. Returns without a valid RAN may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Lyfted is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Inspection and Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your coffee order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will promptly resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
